weird bump near vagina

Ok so I had unprotected sex twice 4 months ago, and just now I noticed i have a wart like bumb near my vagina opening so I put light to see better and I see like small yellow colored tiny bumps down there... Any clue to what this can be .. Do you think maybe it can be an std ????

Multiple bumps are usually a sign of herpes. Get tested ASAP. Lesions can be tested and blood test as well. Good luck.

Are they painful? If they are you may have herpes or gential warts. But the only way to know for sure is to visit your doctor! I hope for your sake its not an STD..good luck!

Oh yeah another thing ever since then my period has been waaay lighter and shorter
