Could I be having nocturnal myoclonic seizures?

i am a 23 year old female. I have had 4 episodes of losing consciousness in the past year and half. All of them were right after waking up, with 10-30 minutes of confusion, disorientation, nausea, and shivering afterwards. During two of them, I bit my tongue and had loss of urine.

My boyfriend also tells me that every night, I raise my right leg and move it back and forth rhythmically around 2 or 3 AM and this goes on for minutes to hours. If he tries to put my leg down, I just do it again. I also have a long history of gritting my teeth in my sleep.

Sometimes when I wake up, my right foot is twitching rhythmically (no confusion or nausea associated with this).

Any thoughts?

My PCP didn't have much to say about it, but referred me to neurologist. My appointment isn't for 6 weeks.

Thanks.
