Shaking where ever I'm laying down

For some time now I've been feeling my bed shake. It feels like a little tremor, a kick to the bed or like some one moved in the bed. It is always during while I'm asleep or really relaxed close to falling asleep. I don't understand it. My mom says its the peacocks landing on the balconies or on the roof so one time when i felt it i went to check, and no peacocks.  Besides they roost after 8pm, they're not roaming at night, geez. One night I went into another room and slept in a lounge chair and it happened again. Then it happened during the day in the tv room on the sofa and another time while i was sitting up right in a hard chair. So, go figure. I started to think, this old house is probably going to come crashing down soon or  spirits are messing with me. Im not specifically afraid because that will give them what they want and need. Plus, my stomach is nervous alot the time and I can't sleep cause i can't relax. And when i do fall asleep I get awaken by this shaking of the bed. If a anyone can help me in this i would so much appreciate it.

PLMS: Periodic Limb Movement Disorder. Get a sleep consult, a sleep study (in lab, unfortunately) and a [while you are waiting, talk to your PCP] prescription for Ropinirole. Starting dosage is around 0.5mg but it depends on your physiology. They may try Mirapex, Gabapentin, or other drugs. You should also avoid caffeine as much as you can, as this will aggravate the hell out of this.
