aultrasound showing very swollen thyroid,blames all on betablokers

well some nice man on here suggested had hagimotos,ultrasound confirmed hagimotos,yet second encrinologist is saying everything from high tg thyroglobin and swollen thyroid is all down to my high dosage of betablokers.i am more confused than ever now,please someone help
