I see no reason to be scared. Since you are pregnant, and with your symptoms, you do need to get some testing done to find out what is going on. Specifically I suggest that you need some thyroid related tests such as TSH, Free T4, Free T3, cortisol, Thyroid Stimulating Immunoglobulin (TSI) , Thyroid Peroxidase antibodies (TPO ab) and Thyroglobulin antibodies (TG ab). Dependent on results your doctor may need to prescribe medication to assure that your biologically active thyroid hormones, Free T4 and Free T3, are in the optimal range.
