but before i was execising it was in the same level now the right one is lower then the left one
Hi
In most men (90 %), the left testicle is lower than the right. Rest have either the right testicle higher or both are at the same level.
What was the position of the testes before you started exercising and has it changed after the excercise?
The more important thing is that both the testes should be similar in size, shape, location, or consistency and you should not be having any pain or abnormal swelling in the scrotal area.
Scrotal support is usually indicated for protection against trauma, support incase of scrotal/urological abnormalities (e.g. varicocele etc) or post surgeries. It is not routinely used during exercise if there are no physical (urological) abnormalities.
You should consult your doctor if you are worried. He can perform a physical examination and reassure you if everything is normal or suggest treatment, if required.
Hope this is helpful.
