MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
One of the reasons for a lump inside penis is that it can be caused by a clot (thrombosis) in penile lymphatics (tissue vessels).  This is usually caused by sexual trauma (even mild trauma may be the culprit) but this generally clears up spontaneously in 1-2 weeks.

If it persists then please get it examined from a doctor.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
