Hi, I'm 21 female, and want to lose 16 pounds in three months in time for my sisters wedding.
I'm trying to eat healthily and drink more water, also trying to go to the gym 3 times a week of I can.
What's the best exercise machines to use in the gym to burn overall fat quicker? I try to use the cross trainer but get so bored!
I thought about getting a personal trainer but can't afford one as they're so expensive on top of my gym membership!
