I got started late for the challange. And i have been having a hard time trying to stay with the program. I do fine during the day. But after dinner at 5 or so. I remain hungry till i go to bed or have a unhealthy snack. I am trying to go to bed earlier so as not to have these feeling of unfulled hunger and eat. Worked last night hopeing for night #2 LOL. I have chosen Atkins as it worked for me one time. I do have to fight graves disease/ O had the oblation, and am now adjusting to meds. Am fighting the affects to that. I do exercise daily. My dog makes me take hiim for a walk. Thanks for bring here so i can share my feeling with others and maybe some feel as i do, that is is so hard some days to stick to the right path.
