Ohhh WoWWWW ... coming to visit .. lolll LOVE Lake Michigan shoreline! Something peaceful about water and walking.
Haven't tried step aerobics much .. do they make videos for that?
Make sure you put that in your exercise tracker! And your mood tracker! You're not crabby!!!
Definitely walking outdoors, because part of my walk is along the Lake Michigan shoreline. Even the rest of my walk is in our quaint town, which I love. My 2nd favorite exercise is step aerobics because it involves your mind and your body (if your instructor is good).
lolll .. not poor joke ... i'm just brain dead ..
actually turned the water on in the bathroom sink to wash a sweater and hurried to computer to check emails. Forgot the water ... and 20 minutes later ... a bathtub full of water was all over my floor! This is how my day started .. loll
No longer allowing negativity to control me ... threw some towels on the floor, ran out the door to work .. and satisfied myself in thinking the carpet needed cleaned and the crawl space is below.
Arrived home tonight, picked up towels and began laundry. When dry, will put them back down for soak up #2 ..
