falling apart...need motivation!

ah man i was so strong in the first week but then for some reason i just started to fall apart since the superbowl (GRRrr) i havent truly tried to eat healthy or excersise.....idk im so upset and i dont feel i have it in me to go on.....idk what happened?!?!?!?!?!?!? well any help at all on rebooting my perserverence will be appreciated :) thanks

Hang in there - you'll be ok.  We all "derail" once in a while - just get back on track and start again.  If you don't, twehner5 is going to demand 750 crunches - she really can be a toughie, if you don't toe the line!!  lol

Don't forget we're all here to support you, so just forget the Super Bowl and start again.

hey dont be down on your self it happens to everyone you cant be mad soo you slipped up everyone does it. its not the end of the world u dont have to give up start again u can do it. superbowl is all about the food lol thats why super markets make bank during superbowl weekend. soo what you need to do is set your mind straight that u messed up and that u should continue where you left off. hey dont let this stop you its hard work but very rewarding in the end whats your favorite food and why???
