PT (Physical Training)

Well my friend is a military wife also so we decided we needed to do PT like our husbands. They do PT twice a day for about an hour. Sometimes its running and sometimes its volleyball or tennis or something physical. This morning Ray and I ran for about half an hour mixed with walking half hour. She said she was going back to bed so I came home and went for a half hour run/walk combination with my pooch. Im jumping on the exercise bike for an hour and after Rays husband gets off work we are heading to the gym for an hour. Fun stuff. Going to try to keep it up.

Lets stick to it! I got to do it for the energy and the muscle building not to focus on the weight loss. Once I hit my goal Ill give up if thats why I do it.

Hey, you don't have to just totally stop.

You can always go to the gym for an hour or so, then go home and clean house and go to the gym again the next day.  

Moderation is the key to all things..................

Yeah I realized that. I was just so ready to go after the run this morning. Im not going to the gym anymore. Need to clean my house instead. Still havnt got to that yet either but it was the thought that counted right? lol

All your time spend exercising is wonderful, but I'm afraid that if you go at it too hard, you might "burn out" too quickly.  Besides, you need to rest your muscles more or you risk injury.  

Exercise will give you energy and muscle -- but I don't want to see you overdo it.
