Hey, you don't have to just totally stop.
You can always go to the gym for an hour or so, then go home and clean house and go to the gym again the next day.
Moderation is the key to all things..................
Yeah I realized that. I was just so ready to go after the run this morning. Im not going to the gym anymore. Need to clean my house instead. Still havnt got to that yet either but it was the thought that counted right? lol
All your time spend exercising is wonderful, but I'm afraid that if you go at it too hard, you might "burn out" too quickly. Besides, you need to rest your muscles more or you risk injury.
Exercise will give you energy and muscle -- but I don't want to see you overdo it.
