Every Sunday, for the past year and a few months, I've been posting a "Weigh In" thread, which gives members a chance to weigh in, let us know how they've done over the past week, the success they had, what might have set them back, plans for the coming week, etc. That's our time to discuss whatever might be on our minds in regards to our weight loss efforts - what worked, what didn't.....what we can/will change; how we feel about it ........
We have a challenge currently in progress, and we have a lot of people signed up, so I've been posting a "weigh in" thread each Sunday, but no one is participating.
Due to this lack of participation, I'm considering discontinuing the weekly weigh in, as it's beginning to feel like a waste of time. I feel like I'm playing in the sand box all by myself.
Feel free to add comments, including what you'd like to see happening here in the forum; how we might be able to help you more, etc.
