Hi.... I would like to join too. I am new to this site and so far am just learning the ropes of what each module will do for me or how it works.

The Sunday Weigh In has been an ongoing thing for a couple of years and we use that to discuss our "ups and downs", try to motivate members to stay on their chosen plan, etc; The weigh in is where we talk about what went right or what went wrong....... we lost as planned, stayed the same or gained...........
The Challenge is relatively new. Elaine was offered a challenge by another member and she invited us all to participate - that's how we got into that. The idea was that we would start small and increase our goal each month. We started with losing only 0.2 lbs/week; we did this for a month, then upped it to 0.4 lbs/week for a month, then 0.6 lbs/week for a month; we are now ready to bump it up to 0.8 lbs/week. There were a lot of people who "signed on" to join us in the beginning but over the weeks, most have stopped participating, so it's pretty much down to Elaine and myself on the Challenge post.
I enjoy having a centralized post to check in on all of my friends' progress and to offer congratulations or encouragement. Am still just confused about who posts where and when. Appreciate all of your hard work on the community's behalf, Barb & Elaine.

I will join you folks. I have been away on vacation this week, so as you might expect, I have gained some weight.
146.6 up 1.4 to 148.0
I am not really going to worry about this. I was actually pretty good while away, but there was really no exercise either. Looking forward to better results next week.
