Good afternoon. I’m certainly late posting today. I got tied up with some things this morning and wasn’t near the computer, so here I am.
It’s been a busy week, as we’ve been working on getting some trees trimmed, now that it’s beginning to cool off a bit. I’ve also been busy with calligraphy and woodworking projects.
I’m still quite careful about what I’m eating and have been getting lots of exercise with the tree trimming and other work I’ve been doing. Unfortunately, it’s probably not enough, as my weight is staying right where it’s been for the past couple of weeks. In a way, I guess that’s a good thing, because, at least, it’s not going up, but it would sure be nice if it would start going down. Anyway, it’s pretty clear that I’m doing enough to maintain the same weight, so I’ll have to bump it up so I can lose.
