You are inspiring and I am soooo proud of YOUUU!!!! I am making a commitment as well and, while I do not have the thryoid issues, I am willing to help with the research to gain more answers for those of you who are.
Stopping grazing is a great plan. May I suggest you consider using MedHelp's new food journal as soon as it becomes available??? It will help you keep track of what you are consuming and helps us see patterns of eating we may not be aware of. For instance, I eat more calories in the evening and that's okay .. it is the total calories for the entire day that is important.
Would also like to suggest 3 small meals and 3 snacks .. it's not the same as grazing, but does help by not letting us get too hungry and keeps our metabolism working.
YOU CAN DO THIS .. and We're all here to support you! GO CHIT CHAT GOOOOOO!!!!
I wish you the very best of luck in your endeavor. I'd love to commit with you, but my thyroid levels just aren't close enough to being in line.
I will be cheering you every step of the way and will check back here every day to see your progress.
And of course, I hope you are going to be taking notes because when you reach your goal, I, and I'm sure a bunch of others, will be asking for your strategies...
Best of luck ---------- you go girl......
