You might try yoga or something similar; it's not as hard as jogging, but works well for weight loss.
I have one medical issue but its just my lungs so I can't do any major exercising. I jog 2 miles every other day and the other days I'm to busy between work and college.
No per meal. I failed to add that.
That's ALL you eat in a whole day?
Here is a day in my life, and remember bake, broil, boil or grill it.
3-4oz. Protein
1/2 cup green vegetable
1/4 cup of a starch vegetable
Water water and more water
My snacks are sugar free jello, yogurt, no sugar added fruit cups, fresh fruits.
Hope this helps
Have you lost any weight, so far? Have you calculated your actual calorie needs to be sure you are getting enough, but not too many?
Have you made sure you don't have any medical issues, such as thyroid, insulin resistance, or PCOS that would prevent you from losing, or actually cause you to gain?
For how long do you jog each day? I walk, briskly, 5-6 miles/day and am not losing either, though my jeans are loser (building muscle); my doctor says I need to add in weight training, which burns fat much more quickly than aerobics, such as walking/jogging. I'll be switching back to my yoga in a couple of weeks, so we'll see how things go.
I do eat healthy an I do exercise go jogging every other day
Eat healthy and exercise.
