dont eat much, exercise a lot, and not losing any weight

you might have a digestive problem that is slowing down your system, you might also be constapated <-- sounds funny but not being able to poop is very serious, so you should see a docter, it could also be you have a slow metabolisim <-- for that you can take benafibre.

Hi, You need to eat regularly to lose weight. Try eating small amounts regularly. hope this helps take care

Try changing the type and intensity of your workout. Try pilates or yoga as a change. The smaller you get the more effort it takes to lose a pound. Your muscles get accustomed to one routine and your body starts storing fat again
