Yr calorie intake needs to be significantly reduced is sedentary... No more then 1200 cals... Pedometer mayb to assist u to be conscious if how many steps yr talking in a day... N work to up thrm.. ie stairs at work, park further away etc.

Ever thought about rollerblading after work? Super calorie blaster!!! But the diet is just as important as the exercise, in my opinion. What does your diet consist of? I used to work 12 hour shifts and really had to focus on small meals in order to maintain weight...just due to the amount of sitting time.
