Yes. My weight jumps between. 160-170. It is sooooo annoying :( I have changed my mind set and I am focusing more on inches. I have list some in all the places i want. I just watch my carb and calorie in take. I work out 5-6 days a week. My progress is slow but progress is progress :)
I too, have always been the heaviest in my family and my weight fluctuates a lot I've been at 294lbs and got down to 185lbs got too comfortable and after my second child just went back up and currently at 213lbs. I feel your pain... But even on a bad day don't allow it to hinder the next!! Use the gym or exercise as your release, get your favorite tunes and just go to town :) I'm learning there is no diet but only a lifestyle change, if you have to question eating it then your probably shouldn't. Each day comes with its struggles and stressors, just don't allow them to side track you to lose sight of your goals or that ultimate prize at the end, which in being comfortable in your own skin! Always try to tell yourself, you got this cause woman always figure it out and conquer :) Get it, girl!!
