Rats, that stinks. Well, a couple of things come to mind. Yeast can go away on its own but also may linger and keep popping up unless treated. Second, little cuts when healing may itch. And yes, they burn/sting when you urinate as the urine hits them. I'm sorry you are so uncomfortable. If you are fearful that perhaps you have an std such as herpes, you must be seen by a doctor. Doctors do NOT judge patients. They worry about them, treat them, offer them suggestions such as always using condoms if sexually active but it is in the light of caring for a patient rather than any type of judgment. You wouldn't be the first 16 year old to have had sex hon. And trust me, they've seen far worse than this. So, what about Planned Parenthood? That is a clinic type setting that uses a sliding fee for payment. Lots of young women receive care there. But if you are sexually active, you have to act like a grown up and take care of your health. You can't be embarrassed or scared or clearly, it's the wrong choice to be sexually active. I understand that parents may be upset at these actions--- but ultimately, your healthcare and mental well being are more important than that. So, please get seen by a doctor. If it is recurring yeast, this needs to be addressed as well. While that can be done with over the counter medication, you are new to this and need a doctor to diagnose you and explain to you what to do. good luck
