Pelvic bone pain and hip on right side what is the cause?

Blow to the  stomach and back from a door got hit 3 or 5x before someone helped me and after that happened I felt numbbed and in shock and lost all my senses to feel, touch , and move. Like i couldn't eat , sleep , my sexual response was out of control than normal , then I just didn't want it no more. Then I kept dropping plates , feeling numbness in my hands.  I  lost alot of weight in my pants size,  my legs , my feet were getting bonier,  i was losing  my upper body weight , then i was losing my stomach  weight. Then one day i was bloated and then I would go for errands and my back would go out as in my whole body would go numbbed. I could feel my face getting numbbed then my hands , then my back , then my legs then my area,  then my feet that is when I had to pull over and sit there , and wait til it passes. 8x this happened to no one knows. Then I lay here and my pelvic bone hurts or when i drive ,or stand too long  it hurts so does my right hip and I do not know what to do. However I   put ice on it that helps,or a massage therapist. So hopefully you could help give me some details about this if not  I 'll keep searching about this.
Thank you in advance.

You have a ton of various symptoms- I would stop searching online (because it's never accurate and just makes you paranoid most of the time) and seek care at a doctor.  The doctor will be able to give you an in person exam and gather more of your medical history- this will help them to give you a more accurate diagnosis then you will get online.  You may also need some tests run and/or to see a specialist in different areas, depending on what they find.  Get to the doctor and let us know how you are!
