Women's genital lumps

I have a small tender lump on right of vagina in crease of where my knickers go.  Discovered it about a week ago.  Is it maybe a gland swelling or ingrown hair?

Does it hurt?  Does it look a little red or skin toned?

Hi,
Yes it could very well be a sebaceous cyst or an ingrown hair.  Most of the time they do not require medical treatment and go away on their own, although rather slowly.  I've had to have a few lanced before by a doctor and it was quick and painless.  I've had no luck putting any types of products on them before and I think due to the delicateness of the area, a lot of products would actually make it worse.  Good luck to you.
