Swollen Lump on Vagina/Groin. Please HELP!

Two days ago, I found a lump on my vagina/groin area near the bikini line and crease of where the leg and vagina meets. It is very very sensitive, tender, swollen, and red. It is very painful just to walk or even sit down. I don't feel any hard bumps inside. It is just a smooth large lump. I don't see any openings or cuts on the lump. I haven't shaved recently. I definitely do not think it's an ingrown hair because I've had them before and it looks nothing like what I have right now. I have not been sexually active since about 3 months ago. I do not have any sexually transmitted diseases.
Please, if anyone has any idea what this could be, it would be so helpful if you could tell me. I am in desperate need of some help.
I've provided a photo.

I just found the excat same thing same spot. I went to the doctor and he cut me open and drained it out.  But 2 weeks later and still not healed. So I went back and he gave me silver nitrate.  And that was very painful.  He said it was a cyst and not to worry about it. .
I also thought the worst like it was a tumor.  But it turned out that, us women are blessed with so many things in life including infections of all sorts especially in the groin area.

Hi, I would see the doctor but I think we have glands in this area they could be swollen at the moment. It probably is a benign cyst mening not cancerous. Try not to worry but get to a dr soon. Take care
