Endometriomas is typically more liquid with a layer of covering on the top and can be removed via a laproscopy. If it is more solid than they would need to have a proper surgery to remove it I would guess. Though I am not really sure.
I had 2 laps for end and both the times it was very liquidish. The doc even showed me video recordings of the surgery. Its brownish chocolatey in color
what i meant to ask was..could it be an endometrioma?
