could it be a endometrium cyst?

wondering if any one knows if an endometrium cyst can have fluid in the middle and solid around it? more solid than fluid. and no septations shown on transvaginal. rather large in size ..8.6cm. just trying to figure out if it could be that. i know i wont know for sur until after its out.but trying to think of what it "could be"..lol..thanks

Endometriomas is typically more liquid with a layer of covering on the top and can be removed via a laproscopy. If it is more solid than they would need to have a proper surgery to remove it I would guess. Though I am not really sure.

I had 2 laps for end and both the times it was very liquidish. The doc even showed me video recordings of the surgery. Its brownish chocolatey in color

what i meant to ask was..could it be an endometrioma?
