Yep .. this is "what" I had for breakfast. Breakfast does not always have to be traditional. I looked in the refrigerator and saw this left over from the lunch out with my grandchildren .. and it looked better than cereal, eggs or oatmeal .. so made a CHOICE to eat an unconventional breakfast! It's FUN when we can CHOOSE what we want to eat AND be healthy!

Still felt hungry and craving carbs. So .. grabbed 2 corn tortillas (showed 3 for more accurate calorie count with those in my refrigerator), 1/4 cup cheese spread across each tortilla, then I used a HOT and spicy Mexican tomato sauce, 1/2 can, which equaled 20 calories. Heated and melted cheese in Microwave and ate. This satisfied, filled me up and the hot flavor of the dish stopped all cravings. You can give in to the urge to eat, do so thoughtfully and wisely.

Am getting too hungry. Two unexpected visitors; day not going as planned. Ate the remaining blueberries, the ones left after the grandchildren ate all the fruit in the house .. lol ... blueberries, mango, watermelon .. accompanied by the remaining wheat crackers and skinny cow cheese. LOVED their visit and am sooo glad they are eating HEALTHY FOODS!

A quick lunch. The day is not turning out the way I planned and I am unhappy and a little frustrated. Too many things to do and not enough time.

Honesty .. I promised to be honest. So, the grandchildren's ice cream was put in the sink and melted, the mayonnaise and cheese thrown out but I couldn't part with the large baked cookie from the deli. So .. since I decided to eat it, I must count it. Oh, and I counted it as 2 to be more accurate on the calorie count.
