1 week clean!!

I just want to say thank you to everyone on here for helping me get to this point! Your support and motivating words really made a difference thsi time :) If you are on here and its your day 1 or day 2 I just want to say STAY STRONG because when they say this too shall pass it really does!! I have a lil bit of a time staying asleep but other than that I feel great! Eating properly, hydrating (water and gaterade), and mild exercise (i do yoga every day) really made the difference ......Thank you guys *hugs*

Thank you guys! That means so much. I just went to a "family" function and I didn't even have to be high to go which is like a first for me in a long time and I fixed my hair and my make up and smiled and talked to people heck even some strangers Im really proud of myself....to some that may sound like nothin....but if you know my addiction then you know how HUGE that was :)
