Im so sorry Jimmy. I know how you feel. The anxiety can drive you absolutely batsh!t crazy. Feels like your heart is going to pound right out of your chest and roll across the floor! And your nerves feel like they are plugged into an electrical outlet! It seems to hit around this time and then eases up. Its all part of the process. For me, the more I think about it, the worse it seems to be. I know, easier said than done. Moving around and deep breathing helped me. This too shall pass. The clonodine will work to reduce it, so go ahead and try it. The clonodine would make me super tired though. The benzos do help as well, but I always found that if I keep taking them(during wd) I would get rebound anxiety and minor wd symptoms when stopping them. They are good to use on occassion, but taken daily like anything else, your body gets dependant on them. My dr told me not to take them daily.
Oh the anxiety is painfully hard to deal with. But you have got this. You are a wonderful person. You have helped me and so many others on here. I get grumpy w my kids bc the anxiety but I make a concious effort not to take this out in them bc its my fault. But I know what you mean abt trying to rush them bc the anxiety is crippling. Hang in there. I am 18 days clean. We got this old or young weak or strong we got this!!!!
The way you are feeling right now is only temporary so hang in there. I know it is miserable but it will get better.
Thanks for the tip. I still have quite a few of the clonadine left. We don't get snow here in this part of Wyoming much....maybe a foot a year. But we do get 30 below. We have a few moose up in the Bighorns. When I go camping I avoid them like the black death....
Peace
And I do like the moose pic. You got moose in Idaho?
I got the Clonadine for the CT.....does that help with anxiety? Maybe as I am lowering the Klonapin I should try taking a small amount of that. My BP has got to be like 190 over some @#$%!
people get that confused out here.It is non-addictive does not get to the pleasure brain or mess with the chem/transmitter I call them. OH yes I live 50 miles from the canada border and I have LOTS of MOOSE in my yard every winter. They are so differnt looking. I have had alot of experience getting out of there way or when driving down my dirt road you have to wait until they move. If you beep they will charge. We have lots of other animals dear, elk, bear, ect it is Gods land up here if you can survie the snow. One yr we had 6-7 feet The satalite was under the snow. I might put a picture in my profile. Anyway keep posting you will get over it all as you know.
God Bless
