Hello,, i been addicted to codein now for about 7 years, i had a terrible accident that neally cost me my live breaking my neck in 2 place's. As you know when you leave hospital you leave with this bad addiction, over the last 6 months i have been trying to quit because now i WANT to quit i dont like the buzz any more!! It destroying my life the longest ive gone cold turkey for is 15 days... and i'm so sorry i started back on them. Because the though of day 1 withdrawel is terrible.. could you please give me some good advise i want to do this on my own because my family dont know and i feel very embarised.. Thank you very much. or if theres any thing i can buy to help me though this!!!! I'm going to do it this time for myself and my family

and if you keep taking it you will slowly destroy your life, your health and whatever is worth it,.... addiction is always progressive ALWAYS.. please, if it is you the one addicted , seek help and give us more info, we will try helping you :)

also you feel you cant function normally with out them

you will feel withdrawal symptoms if you stop taking it, or cant get any more, you feel shaky, nauseus, various symptons, why do you ask ? tell us whats happening.
