Anxious Avalanche

O.K. I'm doing all the right things.  Excersize, eating right, protien, veggies, water. Suppliments......I feel more anxious today than I did my first day back to work.  Worse than the day after the Screaming 9 yr old going to sleep at 1:30 am slumber party.  What can I do.  I feel like I am going to turn inside out.  
I have to be "on" at work all the time and I forgot how.  Tell me this little setback is reversable!  I need to be right side out again

I am already anxoius for tomorrow.  12 hours, no break have to be happy, happy, happy all day.  I feel like I am under a magnifying glass and everyone is wondering what the heck is going on with me.

If you don't mind me asking ... what do you do ? Sounds like a stressful job.

It does take time. Sometimes weeks, months. Everyone is different. And the home life situation makes a difference. Is there alot of stress at home? For me, I detoxed from a 1600mgs a day of Oxy, and I had insomnia and anxiety for almost two months....it was bad. But everyday was a little better then before. Just hold on and dont give up. You'll be right as rain soon enough...

Why do you have to be so happy tomorrow? Can't you just be in a bad mood if you feel like it. If everyone is wondering what's up with you it's none of their business. Everyone has bad days and is not always in a good mood.Don't be so hard on yourself

I am a hairstylist.  It is a wonderful job, until you are giong thru something like this.  I have a hard time Not wearing my heart on my sleeve.
