O.K. I'm doing all the right things. Excersize, eating right, protien, veggies, water. Suppliments......I feel more anxious today than I did my first day back to work. Worse than the day after the Screaming 9 yr old going to sleep at 1:30 am slumber party. What can I do. I feel like I am going to turn inside out.
I have to be "on" at work all the time and I forgot how. Tell me this little setback is reversable! I need to be right side out again
