Day 10 off Opana...

Hi all...symptoms are not as powerful as they were but are not giving up as of yet...worse is waking up very suddenly after only beginning sleep (1 1/2 hours) and "thrashing" around in bed for about 30 minutes or so...then able to sleep again...etc...is this common to others here...?  otherwise I try to stay occupied...walk ( force myself)...audio books, etc...will check back soon...God bless and stay strong all here...Tony

Hey Tony, first of all congrats bud. You have already gotten through the hardest part which was going through the withdrawel without giving in and taking something, you should be patting yourself on the back for that. As far as the sleep goes, yes that is very common. When I went to rehab I didnt get a good night sleep until about 4 days before I left. It will unfortunately take a while for your body to get used to falling asleep without anything. But it will get there. If not getting sleep starts effecting your daily life, you can try an all natural sleep aid, but make sure it is ALL NATURAL. Stay strong and I wish you the best.. You got this!!!
