Yeah,it feels just like an anxiety attack.It happened to me alot the first couple of days.Try to breathe from your diaphragm,in with the good out with bad.Get in a hot tub,lay down and put on a good movie,play some music,or just keep talking to us.It will pass. Hugs.

way to long...5 year i have a fracture in my lower spine that healed wrong and was on 6-8 oxys day with 6-8 30 mg roxy in between...cut down to 1 oxy a day as of friday and 1/2 on Sat...none since then....feeling real beat up

Thats normal. Its hypertension from the withdrawal.
