Exercise is KEY

Hey guys!

I am on day 19! Super happy:) Jus wanted to let everyone know I ran yesterday for the first time in a couple years. I felt so great, even though it was torture because of how out of shape I am. I have been complaining all week about my oily face and such, well after my run, I swear my skin was normal again and glowing. It is a little oily this morning now, but I really do believe now that any type of exercise is key to recovery! I felt so good for forcing myself to run:) Have a great weekend out there, especially to all the wonderful VETERANS!!!!

The oily skin! You too? I mean my skin is never dry, but I'm on day four off tramadol and yesterday after washing my face I was shocked at how oily it was even right after washing! Any idea what causes this?
