There seems to be a lot of success on this forum lately and it's so nice to read the positive posts, it gives us all hope to see that it is possible to get and stay clean. Lets all brag about our clean time regardless of how long. It's something to be proud of because addiction is so tough and  has taken it's toll on so many of us, but we are all still here kicking some ***. I am 67 days clean from cocaine today and gonna make it this time, I KNOW IT. Brag away everyone.

weeeeeelllll....i should be stating that i'm on day 36.....but in actuality, after i detoxed the first time, i came home to face a horrendous family crisis and relapsed (but didn't go back to taking the 4-5 a day of lortabs i had been taking for a few months, i only took 2 a day, then 1 1/2, then 1, then just went cold turkey 2 days ago).....so in reality, i can only "brag" that i'm on day 2 off the lortabs....withdrawals aren't too bad.....just the emotional crying jags (which i didn't experience the first time) and the total and complete loss of appetite and energy.....can someone give me some encouragement to continue the good fight here??  i'm trying the whole amino acid protocol with little luck....nothing seems to help much, especially with the sleep.....and congrats to everyone who can post that they're farther along than I am!!!!!

18 days off of the fentenyl patch and two days off of the vics that I took to taper off.  Life is so clear to me now.  It is a great feeling.  I can't wait to say 30 days, then 60, then 90 and so on.  You all have given me hope.  THANKS FOR EVERYTHING!!!!

Lostdreams also deserves to be on this list. She has been one of the veterans here and although had a setback, her recovery and clean time was 2 years. We are still proud of you Lostdreams and regardless what day we are on, all that matters is that you are clean today. Congrats everyone:)

It's been 59 days since I last drank, smoke pot or smoked cigarettes. Congrats to everyone on getting clean whether this is day one or day one thousand! It's not easy, but it's a great feeling to know we are all accomplishing something and moving in the right direction. Happy New Year to everyone!

I only have 4 days or 99 hours clean.  I feel small time compared to everyone else. I did it cold turkey and feeling better every day.  I will always consider myself a addict.  I was hooked for over 2.5 years on 10/500 vic. at 12 per day.  Then buy anything I could when I ran out and lied to my wife about it.  I feel like **** for lying but I was embarrassed. I hope one day I can post 1 year on this site. This site has been a life saver. I can't count how many times I cried reading post. My new motto is one minute, one hour, one day, one year at a time.  
Congrats to all you have given me hope.  I am tearing up now

And also reminding CYMER  that Rangers Lead The Way because USAF stays CAP to watch over them as they get dirty and do the job professionally - - SIOPS is the wave of the future.....all the services can even talk to each other now - thats a big improvement!!!!
