sitting hear, just about at 59 hours! Can't believe i have made it this far. I am feeling a bit better and starting to eat a bit more. My left knee is KILLING me, but other than that im not in the worst shape. My legs are still very tired.
I may take tomorrow off or take a half day and go in around 11:30, i cant decide. I was so bored today so thats why i want to go in and kill some time.

Yeah D, I think vitamins will help for sure. Protein shakes will help also.

try taken some prenatal vitiams every morning, also pottasum pills, get you some dayquil, tylenol for pain, theres also this stuff for anxiety over the counter that def helps.. i drink water, orange juice, coffee for energy & when I feel the rls I take a hot bath..I found this remedy the morning I chose to quit.. also advil pm for sleep.. I was deff praying I wouldnt go through hard w/d , so far so good.. still scared its going to hit me outta nowhere. im almost at 45 hours,, an im feeling ok.. havent been laying in bed today, just playing games on computer & keeping my mind busy. also when laying in bed watch movies with no commericials, it helps you relax more.
