NEVER post your personal info on an online forum like this!  Thank goodness MH edited it for you.  Also, be very careful, even giving your number to someone provately.  You just never know who you're dealing with, you may end up with calls at crazy times!

I agree with the others, that your BEST option here is to seek medical attention.  Fentanyl is a VERY strong opiate, plus it has a very long duration, which will make w/d's extremely difficult, and most likely longer than other kinds of opiates.  Plus, your dose is on the higher end of the spectrum.  Please reach out to a doctor for this.

Very best to you.

The forum automatically blocked your phone number.  We cannot post phone numbers on here, personal message it to someone.  Or type it creatively with dashes or spell the numbers out.

Hang in there.  You're a man of God, you know God will not give you anything that you cannot handle although it may seem differenty in times of severe distress.

Quitting cold turkey from 100mcg Fent is ALOT.  Taper down to help make WD's a little easier (they still will be horrible) or seek medical attention if you can.

Just remember, it's all over in 7 days tops.  If God can create the world in 7 days...YOU can abstain from narcotic medication for 7 days.  Things will look much better in 4-5 days.  You will start to see the good in what you're doing, and you will start to feel stronger, like you've beaten the Devil.

I wholeheartedly believe that this IS a direct struggle with the Devil.  No one but him can put such dark, hopeless thoughts into my mind, the mind of a Christian, good, God-fearing, caring woman.

We can do this, please seek help, or come on here to read people's encouraging words...it helps.

Do not give in or give up.  IT IS NOT AN OPTION.

It is hard, stay with it. I am in day 5, and i am holding on myself. I have to have courage to take a day at a time. God does not leave us alone, he is with us always.

I know it's hard, when you are so strong and respected in all other areas of your life, but you may need to talk to a doctor. Fentanyl is the strongest opiate on the market, and a scheduled taper would be a lot easier on you. Addiction happens to some of the best people, so people will not forget all the good you have done in your ministry. I'm sure you have helped many people in your life, now may be the time to receive. I know you will get so much support, you don't have to do this all alone. God Bless You.

It would be unwise to go CT off 100 mcg of Fentanyl.  I did a long, slow taper and still had trouble.  It sounds like you may need to involve your doctor in this.  They can give you a proper plan to come off and give you some great resources.  Drink plenty of fluids ... it's really important to stay hydrated.
