I FEEL SO GUILTY

We have just had the most horrendous bout of sickness so far.Kim is lying upside down shes got her legs in the air as if shes cycling a bike and waving her arms about Ifeel so guilty she is so hot she is burning Im terrified she starts fitting coz thats happened to me a few times when iv been withdrawing before.What do I do if it happens to her i dont know if i could handle that.I know i could make it better with 1 phone call but im not going to do it oh i wished she would just sleep for a while so she could get some peace.I feel like screaming i want to punch the doors down the walls down anything but most of all id love to punch my EX dealer but id probably get the jail. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh

I agree, if Kim seems to be delirious, that is suggestive of high fever.  Please take her temperature,if it's anywhere near 104, she should be treated.  It's also very important to keep hydrated.  Can u make it to the store to get an electrolyte replacement formula as you would both benefit, given all the vomiting.  Sports drinks like Powerade are also good & may be easier to keep down than water.

If u take Kim's temp u can reassure yourself that she doesn't have a dangerous fever.  Extra hydration will bring a fever down.  This is something u can do for Kim.

Still She will speak to you again and I am glad you are going to need it if need be .Cool towels is a good idea and the fan .do you think this is as much the DTs from drinking as the herion I am only asking becuase there are more dangers when coming off of alcohol .

yeh gizzy mines were as bad as hers until this started im so worried about her i dont care how i feel just now gizzy i only care about her i was holding her in my arms and massaging her legs and arms got cool towels on her this is tearing me apart man but its made me hate the drug even more ill never touch it again but i do think women maybe withdraw a bit worse than men she has always had worse w/ds than me i dunno why

We are coming off heroin avis she has been drinking a lot we know we have to keep hydrated we havent been able to eat and wev had really bad sickness but wev been taking vitamins and eating bananas for the potassium and a few bits of fruit to keep us going having to force it down though but its all came back up a short while ago iv got a fan on her and cooling her down with cool towels etc but iv not got a thermometer and she really doesnt want to go coz no one knows she had a habit says shel never speak to me again if i do but i will take her if i have to

How are your w/d's? Not as bad as hers? Avis is right if you are that worried then maybe the hospital i don't know much about heroin. I have prayed for you and seeing what you write on here is heartbreaking. You knew what you were up against. Please keep us updated, you have been on our minds here.

i havent spoken to her for a while i cant see her maybe shes away out or something its just she looks so bad we have went through ct a few times but never as bad as this it seems to me the more times you do it the worse and longer the withdrawals are. mind you we werent taking the amounts that we have been taking the past couple of years, dont think wel be havin any sleep tonight either god i pray for sleep gizzy 10 mins would do but avis says if she starts fitting i must take her to the hospital but shes saying she wouldnt go coz then everyone would find out and thats her biggest nightmare but i would take her wether she likes it or not and shes starting to hallucinate gizzy im so worried
