Thank you so much! I will contact the pharmacist along with my doctor tomorrow regarding it. I want to be VERY careful. I'm on 3 weeks clean I believe. Doing great but I have severe sciatica. I might be looking at surgery soon if I can't find another solution. Desperately looking for help on this topic

Please, this stuff is a BAD idea.  Something that is ILLEGAL should be a red flag.  Right?

I too have severe sciatica.  A better choice would be some kind of anti-inflammatory...something like aspirin or ibuprofen (if you can tolerate; these are NSAID's).  My dr recently rx'd Celebrex.  It's a strong NSAID, and working well so far.

Congrats on 3wks clean!  Keep moving forward, but forget the Kratom.

It is LEGAL in my state. So I'm not sure what other reasons you have? Can you give me more info?

In 3 years here, I have seen many come here to detox WITH Kratom, then I've seen them return to detox FROM Kratom. I've heard it works okay for a short time, and have seen very few successfully use it for detox or pain. In a matter of weeks tolerance builds, faster than with other opiate receptor analgesics. I haven't tried it, but I know a little about the brain and synthetic as well as natural alkaloids in the brain. As far as I know, any drug that works on opioid receptors, be it methadone, suboxone, or Kratom build tolerance and addiction. What else have you tried, besides herbal or pharmaceutical treatments?

Good to know! I have nearly tried every medication out there. Gabapentin works great but I hear it's withdrawals are horrible too. I'm trying to find something that I won't have withdrawals from.?
