Hey James ...for me there has been a lot of ups and downs now things are starting to stablize a bit...but in the beginning (first 90 days) there where lots of ups and downs
im bi/polar witch makes it worst ..I dident know what was doing it the post withdrawal or my bipolar symptoms acting up....it turned out to be a little of each and my phyc dr put me back on antidepressants after 90 days of detoxing...it helped a lot...she had felt that we had waited long enough for the withdrawal to where off and it was time to treat the symptoms ...shes a great dr and now life is a beautiful place again...I never want to go that far back into depression again so get help if you need it James...most people snap out of it on there own but my phyc dr thinks the methadone was also treating my bipolar symptoms I had few problems with it will on the methadone once off I nearly went into a manic episode at first then the depression hit...just know there are medications out there to help if it dont lift on its own......good luck and God bless...Gnarly
No Vicki it just came right out the blue. But i dont want to feel like that too often ,,,James
James~How are you feeling now? Did something happen to set this off?
Hugs~
Vicki
I think you need to either go to a meeting or see the counselor asap... You will have ups and downs James .Are you on any type of antidepressant many addicts need them for awhile after they have stopped using Try working threw it when I get depressed I give myself a certain amount of time to feel bad then I pull it together . However if your depression is overwhelming then an AD be the best thin for you some funks we cant get out of without help.
Well i thought i was doing great but this weekend i started crying and doing things that were easy to me but found them more difficult to do. Im also losing concentration. I think im suffering from paws Iv read whats on the bottom page any more info would be welcome. But i did have two great weeks before this started to happen I need to understand what is happening ,,,,,James
