WHY DO I KEEP DOING THIS??

Well, here I am again. ON day 2 of wds' from vicodin. My dentist prescribed my 16 7.5 tabs and I did them all in 4 days. I am wondering how long this time the wds' will last. There not as intense as before, but I can still feel them. Why do I put myself through this?? I hate myself when I do this. I feel awful inside and out. What I can't stand is the horrible anxiety. I could really use some encouragment.

Don't hate yourself. Change your behavior. You're not bad, or immoral, or
weak. You may be an addict, or a potential addict, so nip it in the bud and stop abusing your meds!! If you think you're an addict, talk to someone about it. Go to an NA meeting and check it out. It doesn't matter how much you've done or how often or where you got it, all that matters is that you want to be clean. Take care.

Hello. So you did the 16 7.5's in four days. Anything before or after? You should be fine if that was all you did. For that short a period, your WDs will
be minimal. I assume you weren't taking them for pain, not all of them, so you
need to look at that. Take care.
