30 days!

Well it's 30 days off suboxone and 47 days off 240-300mg roxi a day.  It's great!!!! I wish I was as informed about withdraw sooner I would have done this years ago.  I was convinced that I was stuck on them I would stop for a couple days and it would be awful an I really believed I would be like that forever little did I know.  

To all of you starting this journey you can do it!  It hasn't been easy but I've gone to work everyday a least half a day from day one. Keep busy!  I've worked out at least 3 days a week walking bike or gym.  My sleep is back my energy is getting better and I have no cravings.  I also go to a therapist every week since day one also.  

I could not have done it without the great people in this site!  Thank you so much.  Keep focused and positive as hard as it may be.  God bless

Good for you...this is great news!   Keep it up and it's wonderful that you're getting recovery support!  That makes all the difference.
