Hey Tank-If your Dr. says it's ok to take the 0.25 of the Xanax to take the edge off, I would do it. It will help you not make that phone call!!!! Good luck brother.

Dang Tank !!  We can't just take a couple buddy.   They don't make pills big enough for us to do that.  Hang in there buddy and get back on the horse. Rooting for you my friend

Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different
results.
Time to do things differently.

Try to stay as busy as possible to distract yourself. Post a little on here, maybe even try to help some other people who are new and need advice. You've been through this before and now the drill. It might take your mind off of using and it's always good to give back. Exercise also helps a lot with the anxiety and cravings. Just do anything you have to do except use!

You have a fantastic attitude and it sounds like you have your priorities straight and know what needs to be done. You are going to make this the time that sticks! You can do this!! Keep fighting and moving forward. I hope you start to feel better very soon.

I'm going to try my best yet again, I basically have to do everything differently from before bc it didn't work last time so now I'm at square one again, I guess one good thing is this is day 2 and tomorrow will be day 3 so my withdrawls should be getting over the worst part in another day or two

That's great that you found a group to attend. You have to find a way to cut those sources too. That will get you every single time if you don't.

Hi there and welcome back. It's good to see you posting again. You've been here is this situation on several occasions before. I'm glad you haven't given up trying to quit, but what you've tried in the past isn't working. What are you going to do differently this time to ensure it sticks?
