Sleep is good

Day 40 down off an OC problem and I now officially declare sleep is not a problem. I sleep all night- for 8 hours a night. Just thought I'd post for all those wondering if they'll ever sleep well again- you will.

I'm on day 43 and i really haven't had too much problem w/ sleep..maybe the first couple of weeks.. if i do, i take something OTC...

you sound like you're marching ahead...keep up the good work...you should be proud!!!!

thanks alot now I can mark my calender and have a tentative date to watch for feels good to know it might be a possibility to be normal agin one day.
