So disappointed

For those of you following me - thewaz -  you have guided me through the beginning of my new life.  I seriously could not have gotten this far without you.  I woke this morning 3 1/2 days in feeling like I was over the worst.  Then 2 hours ago I got SLAMMED.  Worst yet.  I will have completely 4 full days at 3 pm today.  I have a major and important project I need to work on today  and I can't think.  Treadmill for only 10 minutes, hot shower, tons of vitamins, eating toast right now (first food since Friday).  But today?  D@MN.

If you are able to get to a store, go buy a drink with high protein and B vitamins.  There is a drink called Odwalla and they have a Super Protein one that is loaded with all the vitamins you need for energy.

If all else fails, and you can handle the caffiene, try a Red Bull.  It is loaded with B Vitamins and they would give me tons of energy when I was in my early day.

You can do it!!! You are almost over the hump.

Yes, it likes to leave us with a bang.  Just so we don't forget.  I remember thinking it was over and then had a really rough patch.  The good news is that it will pass soon and then it's onward and upward.  Gee, I sound like an old pro at detoxing.  By the time I'm finished with this I will be.
Good luck and hope you feel better soon.
