Day 15 no suboxone

Day 15.. Still clean from 2 1/2 years of suboxone use.. 4 years of opiate abuse. Everyday gets easier but still a fight. It's a roller coaster some days. Some days  I feel like I'm over it. Now for me it's 75 percent mental and 25 percent physical.. I just want to encourage everyone that u can overcome your addiction no matter how big or small. There was a point in my life when I thought I couldn't beat it. Remove all people who enable you, drug dealer friends or whoever. Do whatever you think it will take you to get through it. Set your mind on a life of being clean and sober and conquer your goal set before you. Your worth every moment clean. Don't let no one tell you that you can't do this. God is my strength. Through Him all things are possible. Take your life back and be the mom, dad, brother, sister, or friend you that you need to be. You can do this. Be an overcomer!

Thank y'all so much.. I know you guys all know how important it is. I really believe this web site was a God send for me. To have people that have been there and truly know what your going through helps so much. Me along with all of you guys can continue to support and encourage people to overcome. When I wanted to give up I would get on here and post or read. It helps.. Thanks to everyone..

I'm with digger, day 21 was my big turn. You're getting closer by the minute. You will really like being totally clean. The progress on subs will be
Multiplied and you are at the next stage in this life of progress. Way to go so far.

You sound great my friend, 15 days is amazing, congrats! I can see you tuning the big corner very shortly, can't wait to read that thread. I noticed the big turnaround at about 22 days of subs, by the sounds of your physical side I would like to think yours is coming sooner than that! Your going to notice it all getting easier and that's when you realise for the first time in years, IM FREE! I can tell you it's so inspirational when it hits. Just keep on keeping on my friend, you so got this, so proud of your attitude and spirit! Very cool, ;)

Yes, it's been so long since I've been successful and clean without being in rehab. To have proven to myself that I can do this is encouragement enough for me to push through every moment when I want to give up. Them moments get further apart with every passing day. Not an option anymore. We have all overcome and made it to far to go back now. Feels great!! I'm about to go wash my truck and my wife's vehicle. Wow!! Wouldn't have even crossed my mind this time  last week.. :)
