Dear Bright, yes I've a psychiatrist who has given me instructions on adjusting my BiPolar medications. I visited a Pain Clinic and received their advise. My Psycologist is keeping in touch with me by eml.
I don't have Clonidine , but can order at my Pharmacy.
I've tapered before, but at a faster pace.
This is a slow steady taper. It's harder in some ways than a CT, but this is my only option.
MedHelp is my online support group. I may have some taper buddy's this week. Thank you. Pamela
Hi Pamela. You've found a great bunch of people here. Its great to find outlets where you can share your achievements, experiences, and struggles with people who've been on the same journey as you! Happy to have you. I assume you're getting aftercare? Have you started a taper?
I would love to only live in the present moment. Sometimes I need to set up signs on the forks that appear in my path. I am aware this is a lifelong journey. I need intense help, guidance & wisdom for the next 90 days.
I can offer a partnership on this road to leading a drug free life. My encouragement & positive energy, when I have it to give. Thanks pamela
