Day 10, no Norco's. My fatigue is really bad!

I am ten days no pills and the rebound pain is gone, just the fibro pains which I will deal with OTC meds.  My question is how long does the extreme, can't get out of bed, don't want to eat, talk or do anything fatigue last?  I expect the certain level of fatigue that comes with the Fibro, but I really can't remember it being this bad.  Maybe it was.  Anyone with an help/suggestions is appreciated- I am taking multi vitamin, b12, bcomplex and hot showers.

HI Sharon.. You need to force yourself to move.. a walk exercise cleaning going to the mall anything to get your body moving so it can jump start those feel good endorphins in your brain.. the opiates were over producing.. I have tried laying in bed not feeling good and believe me it makes for a much longer detox.. You will be surprised at how good you start to feel once you force yourself to move and it also helps the brain to not focus so much on how you are feeling but gives it something else to focus on.. Outside is the best if you can go for a walk.. It also helps with the anxiety and sleeping sooner.. I wish you the best and Congrats on 10 days !! Whoo hoo double digits !! lesa

hey i see you have something else health wise, but i am on my 7th full day of no narcotics, vicodins and the physical has passed but i am so tired, so fatigued. up the stairs is murder even but i will get thru that. once this next week passes im just going to make myself start getting up and making myself not be tired i know you have health stuff besides, but i think its a mind thing too. im gonna try and talk myself into it. my kids have no mercy they have had me babysitting all weekend so i had no choice to get and chase toddlers and im glad becasue without having to i wouldnt have gotten up.....good luck and thanks for making me not be alone in some of my symptoms tnx
