Hi guys

I am so lost, I have been using cat on and off for the last 11 years but started using heavy the last 5 months as I broke up with my girlfriend of 9yrs as she was a big trigger to the abuse, don't know how to be strong alone and I just cant stop. I am self employed and my business is also going to hell. I have always stopped on my own but don't have it in me anymore, please anyone help me

If you can't get the counselling you can always start with AA/NA meetings. I go since I've detoxed off my oxycodone addiction. It helps tremendously to be around others that know what you're going through. You don't feel so ashamed and alone.

I don't think that is really an option for me, I have a small business and no family and my financial situation is not positive at the moment.

Hi there- We can't make you stop; it has to come from you...We can certainly support you and remind you about the damage you're doing to your brain and body, though.

Have you thought of seeking help from an addiction specialist or counsellor? That would help along with a strong desire to end the nightmare. Tell us how we can help.
