41 days

41 Days since my last Lortab.
The people of this site helped make it posible. Thank all of you so much.
Most withdrawels are gone. All that is left is anxiety and sleeplessness. The anxiety is much less now and only comes a few days a week. The sleeplessness is still pretty bad. I take 1200 mg Valerian Root and 30mg time- release Melatonin before bed and still can't fall asleep. I go to bed between 10-11pm and toss and turn and get out of bed until about 4am. I can't wait till I can sleep normal again. But it's worth it to be drug free.

Great Job!!! IM 7 days today!! Cant sleep if my life depended on it lol but hey thats better than having the chiils or cold seats or crawling skin!

Gz that's amazing! Ugh the lack of sleep has got to be the worst thing in the world to endure, besides RLS. My hat's off to you for sticking it out, and I'm hoping that sleep sorts out for you soon :)

Wow, congratulations on your clean time, I look forward to reaching that milestone.  Every new day is another milestone for me, thank you for sharing...I too could not have got this far without the folks on this forum.  It has and continues to be a tool in my toolbox for life.....
